CELEBRATION! I am now OVERWEIGHT and not OBESE! It took me about a month to lose this last pound, but I kept going. I started off in February 2017 at 235 pounds - Class III obese - and as of today I am 169 pounds. I am slowly working my way down to a goal of a healthy weight for my height.
April 2018 - 65 pounds down from my start weight!
This week is my one year anniversary of being active on Sparkpeople and I am officially down 60 pounds! You can do it, even if you are in your 50's and beyond! I have been diligently counting calories and doing 5:2 Intermittent Fasting. If anyone is interested in that, we have a small but supportive team, so stop by! By the way, I tried this soap before coming on to Sparkpeople, but somehow it didn't work...
