I wish it stayed longer but i enjoy it while its here.My dog and i walked 1.6 miles at the park. We ran into these guys chilling at the lake.I had a Spinach Smoothie for lunch.

She met a friend while we were on our path. Later, I completed 25 min of low impact cardio exercises. I was very hesitant bc i feared my back or knee would give me problems but i prayed and went for it. Im very happy i did.Dinner: Grilled Chicken Salad, homeade lemonade and cherries.
