Starting the diet today. Gained a few pounds from not smoking. Love this site and the nutrition tracker.

    Congrats on the most important health decision you will ever make. You are extending your life and the quality of it! I am smoke-free for a little over two years. I gained a lot of weight but I'm back on track and have lost 15 total since the beginning of January on Weight Watchers.

    Take small steps please! Don't get overwhelmed with all the changes and you can do it!
