10 Week Challenge - Update 2/fourth week

I'm not thrilled to write that I gained a pound this last week. I know it had to do with the poor choices I made over the weekend and my lack of fiber from the previous week.

With that in mind, I hope to kick it up this week. I'd like to lose that pound and two more, but I'll try not to push my luck.

The nutrition class was very informative. We've been talking about the importance of haveing a clean colon. It's disgusting to talk about, but it's crucial to our well-being.

My goal for the week is to get my 99 ounces of water in (my current weight divided by 2) every day and kick-up my fiber to a minimum of 25 grams a day. I know I need to eat more fruit. It seems so expensive, but then again I'm worth it.

I'll let you know how it goes next week.

    Yes you are worth it. Fruit is important to your diet. My problem I buy it at Costco get to much and it goes bad before I can eat it, talk about expensive, lol.
