Marathon Training Has Begun - Here's my Schedule

2/2 - TNT kick-off. It was very fun. (Picture is from that day)
2/9 - First meet with TNT - we did 3 miles and had a timed mile to determine our pace group. I'm in the 11 - 12 min mile group.
2/10 - Cross-train (X/T)
2/11 - 25 min (walk/run)
2/12 - Off
2/13 - 3 miles
2/14 - 25 min (walk/run)
2/15 - Off
2/16 - 4 miles w/ TNT
2/17 - X/T
2/18 - 30 min (walk/run)
2/19 - Off
2/20 - 3 miles
2/21 - 30 min (walk/Run)
2/22 - Off
2/23 - 5 miles w/ TNT
2/24 - X/T
2/25 - 3 miles
2/26 - Off
2/27 - 3 miles
2/28 - 3 miles
2/29 - Off
3/1 - 7 miles w/ TNT

    Veronica I have gone on my first training session (by myself, all the clinics for the 10k run started 4 weeks ago) and you have been my inspiration (it took me awhile to get started, but I still owe it to you and your enthusiasm for the sport). It is not easy to start, you did it and now I am trying. I hope I will do as well as you have.
