Weekly Calorie Challenge 2/17 - 2/23

I've decided to share my Weekly Calorie Challenge "challenges" in the hopes that it helps someone to see that everyone experiences ups and downs and in the end, if you stick with it all, it still works!

My goal is to eat within my calorie range of 1390 -1740 for the week and burn 3700 calories.

Average Calories: 2237
Total Cardio: 1196

I've got some work to do to get that average down! I had to work Saturday 11:30 pm until 6:30 am Sunday - I got 3 hours of sleep - so really late Sunday night, after I had posted my calories, when my daughter got into the Girl Scout cookies my defenses were shot and I helped her polish off the entire box. Then I cleaned my basement yesterday and was munching on trail mix as I cleaned so I ended up very high in the calorie range.
