An "in the meantime" challenge and more

I woke up in an unexplainable good mood this morning. Maybe it was a good night sleep or maybe it was the knowledge that I was going for a massage tonight but whatever it was, it felt REALLY good. It was a difficult day at work so I didn't leave quite as cheery as I had been but .... I picked Hughy up at daycare, stopped for gas, went for my massage and THEN went to see Mary to have my nails done. Mental note: next time bring dinner. By the time I got home at 9:30, I was STARVING.

We had some good challenges made in the "in the meantime" thread today:
~ 20 mins cardio
~ 100 crunches (any style)
~ stay within your calorie range
~ get your 5-10 servings of fruits/vegs
~ drink at LEAST 8 glasses (4 oz each) of water AND
~ write a blog entry

I did 50 regular crunches, 25 oblique crunches (each side) and 25 reverse crunches. I ate 2045 calories, which is only 5 over. I had 10 servings of fruits and vegetables (4 F, 6 V). I drank FOURTEEN glasses of water. And then, I did 20-ish minutes (might have been a couple more). Oh and I wrote all about everything in here :~)
All in all, I'd say this was a damn awesome day.
