As I loose weight and get more active, my BP is doing down. This morning, it was 104/70. not that it was ever high, it's just nice to see it go down. yea me!

going to try to get to the gym tonight! *fingers crossed*

    Hey - that's great! I had the same results. BP went down, triglycerides went down, cholesterol went down, blood sugar went down. It's amazing how the body works and when you treat it right it treats you right!
