10 Week Challenge - Update 4/sixth week

I am thrilled beyond compare to share with you that I am down 6.6 pounds from last week. It turns out that I was eating way to much protien and it's gross to say, but it made me constipated. I had a lot less protein this week and I feel a lot better.
Marathon update - Ran 5 miles on Saturday and 3 last night. I've got 3 miles scheduled for both Wednesday and Thursday. We're doing 7 miles this Saturday. I'll let you know how it goes.
