I'm bringin' sexy back

Okay, enough of the hiatus. I allowed myself to get sidetracked with excuses like stress, nights out with friends, celebrations with family, too tired to cook, weather's too bad to go to aquafit, etc.

Yesterday I ended up on a binge and part of me was saying "what the hell are you doing?!?" and the other part was saying, "shut up! I'm having a good time"

So, what have I been doing differently to slip into the abyss? I let go of the top 10 things that was making me successful:

1. eating breakfast
2. planning meals
3. taking lunches to work
4. wearing make up - must be the "makes me feel pretty" thing
5. reading SP posts
6. drinking water
7. drinking less diet Coke
8. posting food intake
9. reading labels
10. doing extra housework which (a) gets the house in shape and (b) gets me in shape.

Time to put on my big girl panties and be responsible!
