10 Week Challenge - Update 5/seventh week

I have mixed emotions about this week. I did put on a pound, which in the stand point of the challenge - bites. But, my cycle started a week early, so I have to contribute it to that.

I had a really good week. I stayed within my calorie range and I ran almost 10 miles. So, with that said. Although I didn't show a loss, I don't feel that all is lost. I might have another large number next week.

I'm not excited about this pattern I'm on though. Big loss; then gain. If I keep this up, my final weigh in will show a gain. I don't want that. I'll have to work much harder.
