Springtime 5% Challenge

This is the first week and here are the challenges:
~Three 10 point upper body workouts + 100 crunches
~Three 10 point lower body workouts + 100 crunches
~Three 45 minute cardio workouts
~Stay within calorie range a minimum of 5 days


Yesterday I took the day off because on Sunday I did over three hours of cardio. Tonight, on the other hand, I spent over half an hour doing my strength training exercises. I realized that I need to a) not try to do pushups AFTER I've done all the other exercises and b) buy heavier weights.
I stayed within my calories today and (possibly) yesterday. I've decided that the $1 I put into savings each day that I don't go over will go towards something for my trip to Halifax. Maybe a pre-vacation spa day. :~)
