I've finally been able to up my protein level. It's the hardest thing for me as a vegetarian. I just bought fat free cottage cheese with 11g of protein per container, almonds, walnuts and tofu. After breakfast and a snack I'm already up to 30gm. of protein WooHoo for me! This program is so much easier than it was for me before. I love all the tools on here. I've tried tracking my protein before, but it was always so difficult. I am now going to get ready to take my dog and hubby to the forest preserve for a nice long cardio walk. They're not gonna know what hit them. Plus, it just started to snow : ) !
