10 Week Challenge - Update 6/eighth week

I'm down two pounds from last week. Hooray! I need to stay off my scale at home though. I'm getting myself excited and upset on different days. After my training on Saturday, I was at my pre-holiday weight, but then by Sunday I was up again. Geesh! But, it doesn't matter. I'm still down from last Monday.

This nutrition class is really incredible. I'm taking what I'm learning and I'm researching what I'm being told. I don't want to feel like I'm being brain-washed, so I'm getting 2 - 3 different opinions and each person is saying the same thing.

As soon as the nutrition class and my paralegal class is over (and I can get my thoughts together) I will share what I learned each week at the challenge here on my blog. It's incredible. And since most of us are mothers, you'll be very interested in the "9 Things You Should Never Feed Your Children" list. YIKES!! Number 1: Chicken Nuggets.
