Today was a pretty good day...

I did really well today. I didn't do to much cardio, only enough for my challenge. I wanted my back to relax because I still get spasms even with all my stretching. I had 13 servings of fruits and veggies today. That seemed amazing even for me : ) I was under in my fat, carbs, and sodium and I was on the low side of my calories. Just 1 more glass of water and I can sign in for my challenge today. WooHoo!
