Woo hoo! I feel so much better this week. I have refocused and I am ready to lose some more weight! I have started exercising in the morning when I wake up now. It is hard to get started but I feel so much better the rest of the day. I am trying to do anywhere from15 -30 minutes of cardio and I am doing 100 crunches. At least this way if I can't do any exercise in the evening after work I have done something for the day. I am craving a hamburger and fries so I thought that this weekend my son and I would split a plate. I know that if I don't eat it I will eventually go off the deep end and eat the whole plate by myself. Thanks for all of the support! It has really helped.
