Woo hoo! I feel so much better this week. I have refocused and I am ready to lose some more weight! I have started exercising in the morning when I wake up now. It is hard to get started but I feel so much better the rest of the day. I am trying to do anywhere from15 -30 minutes of cardio and I am doing 100 crunches. At least this way if I can't do any exercise in the evening after work I have done something for the day. I am craving a hamburger and fries so I thought that this weekend my son and I would split a plate. I know that if I don't eat it I will eventually go off the deep end and eat the whole plate by myself. Thanks for all of the support! It has really helped.

    I too work out when I first get up, which is usually sometime between 11 and 3! I work late nights, so I don't get in the bed before 4 am sometimes! I find that this works best for me too! And splitting the plate is a good idea... this way you get your fill, and it curbs your craving!! I do this as well!

    Congratulations!

    I have struggled myself with the working out in the morning thing. I know it is what I need to do. Your words have helped to encourage me to do the same. Because I definitely don't want to do anything in the evening after cooking and eating dinner. By then it is after 7:00 and getting too late to exercise.

    Congratulations again on a major hurdle! And thank you for being willing to share and be an encouragement to me.

    Good for you. Getting the work out completed in the morning is a good idea. I used to go to the gym every morning before work years ago and I'm hoping I can get back to that same schedule within the next few months. Glad your Back on Track. :)

    I think, and this is just my humble opinion, it is better to eat a little of what you are craving then to completely deprive yourself of it all together. Splitting the burger and fries is the smart way to go.
