Hand write letter once a wk.............. 3 out of 4 written!
When angry, breathe ask Why ....... 24 out of 31 days anger free!
Lose 7.8 lbs.(197.8 - 190).................. Lost 7.6 Oooh so close!
Read all jewelry emails. Haven't read any!

    Love the list. I just started taking vitamins this week. Do you notice a difference?
    I may borrow your list if you don't mind. Maybe that's what i need.
    I lose inches (thankfully), but not lbs.
