What's to love about Mondays?

It started out to be just another crazy Monday and ended up one of the best days of the year. Not only did I make this day two of a "within calories" streak but I landed my dream job. It's just part-time for now until we see if it's a good match but who knows where I could be in 6 months?
Last week was a good exercise week. I ran over 20 kms, went to a strength training class and took my first BodyFlow class at Goodlife. Omigosh, it hurts to sneeze today. My obliques are KILLING me!

Monday ~my interview
Tuesday ~ Paul Brandt (FRONT ROW BABY!!)
Wednesday ~ 4 kms + 6 Hills
Thursday ~ 3 kms + 7 (more) kms
Friday ~ the Juno Cup!!!
Saturday ~ Pure Strength
Sunday ~ CBI Hustle for Hunger AND my first shift at my new part time job
This week's challenges in the 5% challenge are:
*Move at least 10 kms
*Strength train (full-body) twice
*Add 15 seconds to your three planks
*Blog at least three times
CW 123 no loss/no gain from last week - Yay me!
