Update! No liver biopsy!

Thought I better post this, I decided after much research and thought to wait on the liver biopsy until 6 months have past or if my enzymes get to high. I found that weightlifting and strenuous exercising both can raise your alt and ast enzyme levels, something my specialist doctor overlooked and told me was not a factor. I will keep updating on this to my blog here. Hopefully this is what caused it and it will go away and get me to relax a little on my working out.
