Week 6 Challenges

Today begins week six of the 5% Challenge in LIC. This week I decided that we should all set our own goals. Here are mine:
~calorie range 6 out of 7 days
~strength train twice
~run four times
~water, fruit and veggies every day (8/3/3)
I'm still not completely sure when I'll fit in the fourth run or the second strength training day BUT these should be completely doable.

Daily stats for April 7: Calories 1877, Water 8, Fruit 3, Vegetables 3, Cardio/Strength - none
