Rough week...

I'm in the process of ending an almost three year relationship. This will also come with several life changes, as I'll be moving back to my home state (Pennsylvania) and transferring to a new college. Even though this is a mutual decision, I've been a wreck and I'm just trying to not take this out on myself. I haven't been eating enough and I certainly don't want to go to the other extreme to cope with my stress. So, I'm counting on you, Spark People... to keep me from going off the deep end.

    I'm so sorry that you're struggling right now. I know it's difficult when drastic life changes come into effect. It's such an odd feeling leaving a long relationship because your entire life becomes so different. I wish you the best of luck and keep your chin up!
