On to week 8!

I finished week 7 yesterday! I seriously can't believe it! I don't think I have ever ran for 25 minutes in my life, not even in high school. I'm so pumped! I think I'm really starting to like running. It is such a stress reliever for me after a long day at work. I work in adult mental health and there are some days I just want to scream at the end. I love when I can just run it out and feel so relaxed afterwards. Now on to week 8!!!
