The eve of week 9

Ok, week 8 didn't happen
I had two good nutritional days and only 3 good cardio workouts, ONE strength training day. Oh dear.
Today (Sunday) starts week 9 and I've already maxed out my calories to burn for this week. If I can get a grip on the nutritional, I should be alright.
Today was good but boy-oh am I physically tired. I got up way too early and ran 18+ kms. Then, the family & I spent 3+ hours moving my mom from one apartment on the second floor to another that also happened to be on a second floor. Heavy lifting AND stairs.. whoohoo!! The only unfortunate part of the day is that I couldn't track dinner (chinese food) but considering I burned over 2500 calories, I'm not too worried. I enjoyed ever last one. Is that wrong? LOL.
