emotional eating

Over the last few months I have identified my emotional eating triggers as anger, frustration and feeling overwhelmed. My goal over the next two month to develop strategies to help me cope with these emotions other then food.

    I am an emotional eater as well. It takes time and you have to find something you enjoy in it's place. Something that calms you. Keep comics or a knitting needle at hand - in your bag, at work. Whatever will make you laugh or bring you relaxation even for a few moments. Good luck!!
