I swam two hours a day every day. I was pretty good don't get me wrong. But I definitely stuck out amongst all of those ripped guys and girls. I know that since I have stopped swimming there has been quite a significant weight gain in the past two years.
I know that I can do this.
The hardest part for me will be at night when I sit down to watch Bill O... without a snack. Instead my goal is to actually exercise for maybe 20 or so minutes on the floor while I am watching it.
So far I love this Sparkpeople website. They set it up in a way where it is almost like a game for me. That is exactly what I need. I wouldn't be able to do this on my own with no motivation or reason other than being thin.
I can't wait to get started. Let the fun begin!
