So at work recently I had to do a self evaluation. I thought this might be good for me to do here to. Hopefully it will help me to figure out some of what is blocking me from losing, and help some friends too.
1. List your most significant accomplishments or contributions during the past year. How do these achievements align with the goals/objectives.
I am now walking more every day then I have in years. This achievement helps me to move more, exercise more, and feel over all better.
2. Identify up to three of your key strengths and describe how you apply them.
I'm willing to try new things
I'm willing to talk to other people to see if I can work out their problems and mine.
I'm willing to take suggestions from others.
3. Identify up to three areas of your performance that need further development.
recognizing the difference between emotional eating and eating for nourishment
recognize I'm going to make mistakes sometimes and not beat myself up over it.
4. List your top three goals for the next review cycle. (1 year from now)
Be under 300
feel comfortable with not needing to eat everything on my plate
to be able to run a 1/2 mile without feeling like I am dying.
