Doing bettter!

Well, I consumed more than eight glasses of water today. I managed to do 1000 crunches this week. I also did strength training one day this week. I also did three and half hours of ballroom dancing last night. My eating today was better. So I am now getting back on track!

    Bravo!!!!!!!!! Doing those kinds of things can really do a lot for your head too--it makes you see yourself getting better--at least to me. Keep going! you are doing great!
