A new month and new ambition

Today started off with a good breakfast and a 16km run. When I got home tho' I was pretty hurtin'. Yesterdays BodyPump class and today's killer route made for some pretty interesting internal dialogue. Who knew that my muscles knew that kind of language. :~)

Fruit/Veggies - 3/3
Water - 1.9 Litres
Cardio - 1:59:05 16 km run

Tomorrow, I have an interview at TH and my first "shift" shadowing a PT @ GL. It's going to be a long but exciting day.
