It's monday June 2nd. I am changing it up a bit. I am adding a workout in the morning (Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred) It is a 20 minute workout that works out the whole body, cardio/strength/abs.

My only question is, Is this workout video enough for the day? It is only 20 minutes. I think I sitll might go on a walk tonight when my husband gets home from work. Not only do i need it, our very excitable black lab needs it too.

The reason i am changing it up is, well, weight wise, i saw nothing. I do feel a little bit thinner and a couple of people say they can see a change. I guess that is better than nothing. But still, I just need to work harder.
