Decided to run early since they were calling for rain the rest of the day! Took off about 6:30 and started running at the usual place after about a 3-5 minute warm-up walk! The run felt good and I decided to push myself I made it up the hill on the trail past all the landmarks that I usually stop out!! Not sure why today but I just pushed and I did it! With that goal met I decided to try to run the whole way back! I've always made it about halfway and have to walk the rest of the hill to get home but today I kept going not fast but kept running!! I made it to the top!! I felt so good but totally wiped out~ what a great feeling! Kind of a nice way to start out what I thought would be just a normal run
