Day 3 - feeling good!

I feel awesome today...very energized and loving the new plan. It's true that changing up your plan helps prevent boredom and can re-charge you. I'm re-charged. Feeling very strong and confident that the changes are coming. Step by step my body is becoming leaner and defined and it's exciting. Last night when I was reading in bed I was tempted to have a snack but then thought NO! I've been working so hard I just want to keep it up and not sabotage myself. I'm going camping in 2 wks and I want to really rock my bikini - hee hee! A little incentive to work towards. Which also reminds me I need to go out and by a one piece (for practical reason swim with the kids). I just foresee running and frolicking with the kids in the lake and boom - I drop my top - yikes! hee hee! So feeling good and plugging along.
