Today is the Day

I keep getting on the horse and falling off. I keep treating myself to a dinner out after a long week at work. I went to NYC and ate out for like a week straight, even trying to be good, it was hard at places with such delicious food.

I keep telling myself today is the day, and then at the end of the day, it somehow changes to tomorrow is the day. I need to start using sparkpeople more to keep me on track. Logging in food right when i eat it, not the next day, making sure i do my fitness goals, and talking to people and getting motivated by their stories.

Today is the day, lets hope I can keep it up.
