Met My GOAL!!!

Met my goal last week, 2 days before my beach trip!! I may gain a couple at the beach, forgot my workout shoes and ate almost 2 lbs of fudge. (my yearly treat) But we are staying on the 3rd floor so I am getting a good workout carrying my 35lb daughter up and down 10 times a day. I am going to reward myself with a new bikini while I am here!
When I started SP in January I did not think I could stick with for this long. I did it!!! One day at a time. I was not always perfect, had many splurge days but went right back to my healthy habits. I will continue the habits I developed through SP so I dont gain the weight back. Now my hubby has started exercising and watching what he eats.He has lost about 10lbs so far. Men seem to lose it SO much quicker!
Well now that I have lost the weight and become addicted to SP I am not sure what is next. Maybe a marathon or 2!! Or not!!

    WOW!!! How cool is it that you met your goal just before vacation! I would have given almost anything for that experience back in June...but I didn't know about sparkpeople.com then. Next summer though, watch out for me!

    Really, congratulations! And you know, I don't think fudge calories count at the beach... right? emoticon
