I was up 2lbs last week, but I'm sure it was from AF. That is almost over now and while it's not time to weigh in just yet, I have lost those 2 plus one more --- I'm hoping to be at 128 for weigh in since I"ve done so much cardion this week. That would equal a 2 lb loss (since the 2lb gain had to be bloat).
I also started a 100 push-up challenge. According to the plan, I should be able to do 100 push-ups by the end of the 6-week program. I don't know if that will be achieved, but push-ups have always been a weakness for me so I'll try it and see how much progress I make. I already did 15 full push-ups today (5 sets of 2 with resting in between and then a set of 5). That's more than I thought I would ever do in one day.
6/12/08 - 130 starting weight
6/19/08 - 130, 0 min cardio
6/26/08 - 132 (AF), 40 min cardio
Challenge Goal - 125lbs
