6 week challenge, how it's going

Oh how is it going?? Well let's see at my saturday weigh in for another team I have gained 2 more pounds and I'm over where I started (and don't tell me it's muscle). I've been working out like crazy and even decided to get shredded and boy does that kick your behind or what??!! I haven't stayed in my calorie range, however I haven't been too far off and that hasn't caused a problem with weight loss before but maybe it is now so I'll keep a tighter grip this week and see what happens. I also see my dietician on thursday and can talk to her as well. I have to say it's definitely a challenge but I'm sticking with it and not giving up, we'll see what the scale says tomorrow.

    That just goes to show that you can exercise like a dog and yet if you eat too much, you won't lose weight. This has been my problem for YEARS. Finally, I'm starting to buckle down and track EVERYTHING.

    May I offer a helpful suggestion in making your food log public? The accountability has been tremendously helpful for me.
