Natural Foods

So I stopped using Spark people because it just became too much of a hassle inputing all my food. I felt like SP just didn't have enough natural/health/common ethnic food in the system and it was driving me crazy. I eat korean, vietnamese, chinese, japanese, indian, mexican, spanish food etc. How about smoothies? Freshens?? It's connected to most gym and cookie shops, I don't know why the info isn't in SP.

So I quit. I stopped using it. I just tried my best to do my best.

But logging food DOES help. I started reading Skinny Bitch and I love it. It had remotivated me to get on SP and log my food. It doesn't say to do so in the book, at least not yet, I'm only in Chapter 6. But I KNOW I'm not the only person out there interested in a natural potentially vegan lifestyle. If it takes just one more person to log in natural foods everyday I will do it. I sit with the label and I input every item. That's why I geto so frustrated. I don't skip and just put in the calories. I input the cals, fats, protein, vitamins etc.

So this is my call to you all, please log your new foods completely. I promise to do the same. Eventually we will build a good natural food base, together. Hopefully the admins of SP will see our efforts and do the same. Ezekiel bread is a HUGE company sold at every natural and normal grocery store I've ever been to. I think their products should be added to the SP database. I can't do it all alone and I gave up.

But this is a community. We grow together. And I will not give up on you all this time. I ask that all you with my shared interest join the in on the logging.
