ok...so i am here again making a blog entry trying to psych myself up because in 30 days i am getting married. OMG! Yep...trust me i cant really believe it either. So i have to look damn good. i have to focus and do what i need to do to make the freakin poofy dress fit perfect. I would take loose at this point so that i can look AWESOME! I have to do it so i can be proud of myself. Lately things have NOT been going well. my focus has basically been like "hocus pocus" and poof it isnt there! So i know that if i wanted i could do 30 pounds in 30 days right? I say go for it!

Yeah, not to be discouraging, but I wouldn't say it is a good idea to loose a pound a day. Hmmm, banish the sweets/junkfood, drink plenty of water (cut your weight in half and that's how many ounces of water you need a day.) Excersise everyday. Do the best you can! You want to feel good on your wedding day too, not just Look good. Plus, everybody that will be there, are the ones that love and care about you as a person, not a size. Remember that. They already love you...much hope and excitement for a great day for you. Take lots of pictures! emoticon

Focus on inches... core work, armes, and back. Your legs will be hidden.. Use this 30 days to make the things that will be seen look better! Lots of ST.. that's what I recommend! Your going to look fabuolous regardless! Yeah! How exciting! Tiff

Pffft, you could NOT lose 30 pounds in 30 days! What are you planning to do, chop off a leg?! You could maybe lose three pounds a week, and that would still be unhealthy. Whatever... work your butt off and eat carefully (focus on nutrition - last thing you want is to be this weak little sick thing with a cold on your wedding and honeymoon!) and let's see how many pounds you can lose! Don't burn yourself out though. I think you'll look awesome anyway! Good luck! I'm going to be working hard the next few weeks too... we can do it together!
