I Lost, I Lost, I Finally After 4 wks. Lost!

I lost 2.6 lbs. this week. I guess my 60 minutes of cardio and going on the lower side of my calories and really working on lowering my sodium finally worked. My body is so strange the way it loses weight & I need to remember what it does and not get frustrated. I think I did pretty good overall with the frustration.
Now, I will probably not lose again until my body adjusts to this weight loss. Oh well, I will look back on this day with glorious joy
