Well this week was a little harder now with a diagnosis of a stress fracture and the threat of a more serious injury I'm trying to find new ways to burn as many calories as I was before and now being very successful. Talking to the dietician this week she thought that maybe my weight was up because I was working to hard and throwing my body into panic mode. So I need to find a happy medium so that I can NOT BE FAT ANYMORE!! I feel so good after a good hard workout but now have to reinvent the wheel so to speak, at least for a month. So here I go into a new week and I have hope.

    Sorry to hear about your stress fracture. I hope it heals quickly.
    Can you do any swimming in the mean time or even treading water in the deep end. That is really no impact and burns quite a few calories.
