WEEK 3 HOW THE CHALLENGE IS GOING

Well this week I'm feeling better about things, down 2 pounds and that is HUGE for me. I haven't been able to work out as hard because of my injury and have TRIED to watch my calories more closely, maybe I was training too hard before my injury and my body really got pissed off!! Well hopefully my body and I have found a common ground and it will RELEASE THE FAT for good this time. Oh weight loss is such an agonizing and frustrating journey for me. I never know from one weigh in to the next how it's going to go and I get close to an anxiety attack right before I step on that scale. Today I blew my "healthy lifestyle" all to hell and ate ALOT of crap (out at a festival). I did ALOT of walking and my ankle is paying the price so hopefully some of those extra calories were cancelled out. I'm not weighing in again tomorrow I'm going to use my weigh in from saturday and start again on the healthy track in the morning. Plus I started my period today so one more reason NOT to step on that scale tomorrow. I need to stay positive and that 2 pound loss from saturday is going to help me do that and it's going to help me stay motivated to continue. I really need to take my measurements to see if there are changes there even when there aren't changes on the scale. Thank you to all of you who have sent such encouraging words, motivation, and inspiration. I feel that I'm on the right track now and I'm trying DESPERATELY to stay on.
