A Second Chance

I just want to thank spark people and thank the Lord for giving me a second chance. I remember when I was younger and I made a lot of bad choices in life. I did not choose my parents though. I was beaten as a child for no reason. I had an alcoholic father, and a dysfunctional mother. I got beat for getting good grades in school. I went to church for sanity purposes. I was the teacher pet. I have learned how to survive the storm a book that I wrote. I never was told much that I was loved so I looked for it out in the streets. I met the wrong men. Using sex for love. Drinking alcohol, smoking weed, Being very sexual promiscuous. All this was just to get some attention that I wish I got at home. So I married for wrong reasons. But I thank God for 3 children and 6 grandbabies now and meeting you guys here on spark. This is a very inspirational site to join and it is free. Not hardly anything is free. I have lost 18 pds so far and am working on losing more. I am building up my self esteem level. I am eating more healthier things like vegys, yogurt, lean meats, multi-grain breads, oatmeal, raisin bran cereal, slim-fast. I now am starting to enjoy exercising and just feeling better about myself. Yes I have a slow metabolism from dieting for so long but I now will never give up on me. I love me now. I cherish the day that the Lord has made for me today to enjoy. I thank him for giving me a second chance to get my credit in order, save for my future, for marriage to a Godly mate, to encourage others from what the Lord has delivered me from. I am just happy to be alive. I am more focused now. I have met some wonderful friends here and I come to this site almost 99% of the time even when I am tired because it is a part of me. To all of you who need encouraged. Well so do I. God has not forgotten you. You were not a mistake. You are loved. You are beautiful while you are yet losing weight. You can do anything that you put your mind to doing. I wrote the president of the company and now am getting a better raise. Your voice has power. Speak over your life what you want to do and start at baby steps achieving them. You are not too old. You are just at the prime of your life. Thank you everyone for just being you. Look up and see Gods word fulfilled in your life. Look up and know that you are kings and queens. you are not a misfit. you fit in just fine. We love you here at spark. Congratulations on every pound that you lose. You are worth it. You are special. We can do all things through christ that strengthens us. Do have a blessed week ahead just because you believe it. No matter what it looks like. You can speak what you want into existence. I speak right now in Jesus name that I will lose all my desired weight this time. I will stop procrastinating because it is a thief of many blessings. I will take ownship of this temple that the Lord has given me and take better care of it. I am a survivor. I am more than a conqueror. I can do anything but fail. Many blessings be added unto all that read this. You are in your finest hour. You are about to be mightily blessed by the Lord. Believe it, and watch your destiny unfold. You are a sparky. You are a kings kid. halelujah.!!!!!
