YIPPEE what a change over the last 2 weeks!

Friday, July 25, 2008

I am very excited & happy. I walked with my Spark Buddy Elaine & the kids yesterday morning. It was great & refreshing, but a bit muggy. Then I did strength exercises, (oh, got the exercise ball and we are getting to each other very well - LMAO). In the afternoon I took the kids to the park and they rode bikes, I walked, ran to catch up, and stopped a zillion times with Miss Molly. We stopped at the store on the way home, got new IPod headphones thingys, the darn earbuds fall out as soon as I move and I have found my music helps me keep paced. When we came home I mowed the lawn, loving the new IPod headphone thingys. Well, I was sore. Who am I kidding? I am sore! After putting the kids to bed last night I jumped in the tubby, talked with my momma on the phone, and did my mani & pedi at home. I am sore, I wanna curl up and sleep a day away, but hubby is on his way home, so we all got up this morning (at 6:40 am thanks to my son) had breakfast & started cleaning house, we had our snack, and now we are going to head out and about for a little while to see what kinda trouble we can get into....

What a productive day! I mostly sat around and hid from the heat.

Wow, you are movin' Girl! Sounds like you've had fun all except the soreness part. Today is a day my body is telling me to take it easy but I still have house work to do. Make sure you give your muscles some TLC, they will love you back in the long run. You are doing awesome! Have a great weekend.
