PROGRESS! Yeah! Pounds lost & Photo!

Yeah! I am feeling so great!

I recommitted to Sparkpeople in June, started tracking my food as of June 15 and did it every day since. I've also been doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred (HIGHLY recommended!) and cardio about 5 times a week.

Trying to eliminate toxic foods like coffee, soda, alcohol, fast food. And it's not even that hard anymore!

When I recommitted, I was 144 pounds and as of July 25, I am down 8 pounds to 136 - WAHOOOO!!

Which means I should have theoretically only lost 4 pounds but my total lost has been 8. Hmmmmm???
