Back on track

I've been off track for so long now and I feel like a blob. I have even stopped exercising which is not like me at all. I really miss my Body Attack classes. Doing other exercises just isn't as fun. I really have to get back to the gym.
My eating is getting better and I really think I have turned the corner now. I am not so desperate to stuff my face and I am also eating vegetables again. They always make me feel much better. Well not actually eating them because they are disgusting, but I feel happier and more energy. I have to keep remember that.
I am also moving to Australia so I really don't want to be too fat when I get there and I don't want to be fat on the plane. I would like a bit of room on the seat.
