Back on track

I've been off track for so long now and I feel like a blob. I have even stopped exercising which is not like me at all. I really miss my Body Attack classes. Doing other exercises just isn't as fun. I really have to get back to the gym.

My eating is getting better and I really think I have turned the corner now. I am not so desperate to stuff my face and I am also eating vegetables again. They always make me feel much better. Well not actually eating them because they are disgusting, but I feel happier and more energy. I have to keep remember that.

I am also moving to Australia so I really don't want to be too fat when I get there and I don't want to be fat on the plane. I would like a bit of room on the seat.

    It is not easy to always stay on track. We all faulter from time to time. The hardest part is to get back on track and keep moving forward. You have come such a long way and I know you WILL SUCCEED. Because you have the heart of a champoin! If you didn't you wouldn't be here. Keep moving forward!!
