week 4:How the challenge is going

Well this week wasn't so great but I think I've figured something out. I think that when I start to get the scale to go in the right direction and I start to get myself making better choices for myself I sabotage myself. I took a good hard look and I really think that I'm hurting myself when I start to do better but the question is why??? I'm feeling frustrated about alot of things but mostly about that damn scale!! I should've lost 20 pounds by now and now I'm back up 2 so I'm at a total loss of 3 pounds since I started. So the REAL challenge is on, to STOP with the self sabotage and start with the motivation and encouragement for myself. I have faith that I can do it, I HAVE to do it.

    I have the same issue at times. I am my own worst enemy. I sabotage myself when I'm actually reaching my goals. Congratulations for realizing this. That is half the battle. Don't beat yourself up for it. You have done great in the challenge so far. Celebrate the pounds you have lost!
