week 4:How the challenge is going

Well this week wasn't so great but I think I've figured something out. I think that when I start to get the scale to go in the right direction and I start to get myself making better choices for myself I sabotage myself. I took a good hard look and I really think that I'm hurting myself when I start to do better but the question is why??? I'm feeling frustrated about alot of things but mostly about that damn scale!! I should've lost 20 pounds by now and now I'm back up 2 so I'm at a total loss of 3 pounds since I started. So the REAL challenge is on, to STOP with the self sabotage and start with the motivation and encouragement for myself. I have faith that I can do it, I HAVE to do it.
