Chiropractor Visit

I went to the chiropractor and he said not to weight train for a little while (fine by me LOL)! I'm going for X-Ray's to see why my pelvis keeps dropping and cracking (hard to explain)! At least it happened in his office so he got to hear it! He said he's never heard something like that before! Should I be worried LOL! I asked if it could be from tight muscles and he said yes. I think it's because I'm always sitting at the computer or on the real or stationary bike so my quads are extremely tight. I just have to stretch much more than I do! We all know that I couldn't take myself away from the computer
