I am on track - eating about 1800 a day and burning about 2700 a day. Those are my goals, my calorie deficit usually ends up around 700 a day, but trying to get the deficit closer to 900-1000 a day.
Ran my first 5K today in 39 minutes and 28 seconds. Can't wait to run it next year!!! Hopefully in under 30 minutes.
A friend and I are going to restart C25K from W1D1 because we both got off with our training and both need to increase our stamina, endurance, and most of all...self-confidence.
