Quick Update

I am on track - eating about 1800 a day and burning about 2700 a day. Those are my goals, my calorie deficit usually ends up around 700 a day, but trying to get the deficit closer to 900-1000 a day.
Ran my first 5K today in 39 minutes and 28 seconds. Can't wait to run it next year!!! Hopefully in under 30 minutes.
A friend and I are going to restart C25K from W1D1 because we both got off with our training and both need to increase our stamina, endurance, and most of all...self-confidence.

    Wow - WTG - running a 5K. I am on the Couch to 5K group - but have not made it to 1 mile yet.... LOL... Congratulations. Sounds like your plan is working. Hey - I love the ocean too!!

    Congrats on being on track your doing great. Do you mind telling me what C25K and W1D1 are? I've just started incorporating jogging with my walking and need all the help I can get with stamina and endurance
