Well, I'm back on Sparkpeople. I decided to take a break for awhile because I was going manic with all of the calorie tracking. Sadly I have put on a couple of pounds due to the lack of calorie tracking, despite working out 6 days a week.
The good thing is that I am back and tracking diligently again. What's funny is that I felt this strong urge to cheat when I began tracking. I'd eat a few walnuts, and THEN weigh it. *shakes head* That's a sign I was eating way more than I should have. *sigh*
I know I'm going to be in trouble when I see my doctor on Friday. He told me to start tracking again, and it took me 3 weeks to comply. Ah well. I'm determined to track, regardless of what type of day I've had. Every day is a good day if I've tracked my calories.
