I lost the weight that I wanted to last year and have been maintaining since then. This year I decided I wanted to lose a little bit more. I actually got down to my goal but never changed it, went on vacation and gained it back. Too much good food to eat on the east coast! Now I have to get back on track. I keep thinking that, but I'm not doing as well as I should. I will track but then I eat something before I check to see if I have any points or calories left to have it. Arrrgh!!! Not feeling well didn't help cause then I wanted chocolate (comfort food). I had WW pieces and skinny cow desserts here thank goodess.
