I lost the weight that I wanted to last year and have been maintaining since then. This year I decided I wanted to lose a little bit more. I actually got down to my goal but never changed it, went on vacation and gained it back. Too much good food to eat on the east coast! Now I have to get back on track. I keep thinking that, but I'm not doing as well as I should. I will track but then I eat something before I check to see if I have any points or calories left to have it. Arrrgh!!! Not feeling well didn't help cause then I wanted chocolate (comfort food). I had WW pieces and skinny cow desserts here thank goodess.

    You are doing fantastic! I just looked at your ticker. Way to go! Vacations can be rough on all of us, but good for you for realizing you need to get back on track. And good for you for turning to WW pieces and skinny cows instead of their full of fat counterparts.
