First attempt at going Vegetarian....

Most people that know me would be SHOCKED to hear this. If you're wondering why I'm doing this, it's nothing related to weightloss. I just want to try it. I got the book Skinny Bitch at the airport on a whim a few days ago and finished it, and then watched a vido on You Tube called "Meet your Meat". And for now at least, I'm sold. I had to watch the video in segments because it was so disturbing to me. =(
So, no chicken, turkey, beef, pork, lamb, etc. for me. Also, no milk and cheese, though I will keep some dairy for now. I'm going to try to get most of my proteins from soy products and legumes and veggies and fish.
I'd like to see if there is a difference in the way I feel after a few weeks.
I'm not trying to be holier than thou or anything like that, I won't look down on people that eat meat and the things I'm choosing to eliminate. Who knows whether I'll like this or not, but for me it's a personal decision that I'd like to give a shot.
